We like to keep our payment method simple, safe, and free for the customer. After making the payment, you will often receive an order and/or payment confirmation by email within 24 hours. After receipt of payment, your order will usually be packed and shipped within 2 days. If you choose to transfer manually by bank transfer, receiving the payment may take 1 or 2 days and therefore slightly delay the ordering process. The market leader in electronic payments in Belgium. Bancontact does more than just online payments, such as PIN transactions in stores. This payment method is also free for you as a user.
Credit card
We also accept credit cards with many cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Cartes Bancaires. This payment method is completely free for you as a user.
Transfer by bank
Transfer by bank is also always possible. Never forget to provide your order number or possibly your address if you have lost the order number. Please note that your order can only be packed and shipped after your payment has been received. Again, if you choose to transfer manually... We expressly request that you include the order number in the description. We will then know exactly which order the payment belongs to and the process will proceed as quickly as possible.
